Description
DORADO Kilo® DC5 is a non-lead, non-zinc, and copper-based thread compound dopes for all rotary shouldered connections (RSC) include drill bit, drill collars and drill pipe. The special formula developed to answer heavy duty drilling applications of API and premium drilling connections such as High Torque Double Shoulders. The performance meet and exceed the listed performance objectives in API RP 5A3 /ISO13678. Formulated with H2S, CO2and Oxidation inhibitors to provide protection on corrosion and maximum protection against seizing, galling, and high load-bearing stress, resist washout and provide ultimate efficiency in HPHT and sour service work condition.
