Product Description
DORADO Kilo® DZ5 is a contained finely powdered metallic zinc, special additives and formulated with 50% metallic zinc thread compound dopes for rotary shouldered connections (RSC). The special formula to ensures brushability over a wide temperature range, resist washout and rust for short-mid storage. It delivers thread protection and conforms to the listed performance meets or exceeds API RP 5A3. This superior metallic compound protects against galling, wear and provides resistance to downhole conditions.
Recommended Applications
DORADO Kilo® DZ5 is zinc-based thread compound dopes for all connection of drilling, tool joints, drill collars and bits, include proprietary premium connections, to resist corrosion and will protect connection against galling and wear effectively. Also used for drill tools joints make-up/break out test while manufacturing.
