A certain oil casing manufacturer has developed a special buckle product with ultra-high torque and thread profile sealing. This product adopts a special thread profile optimization sealing mechanism (schematic diagram is as follows). The contact stress of the thread profile is relatively large. In the case of super control torque in some special applications, the contact stress during thread makeup greatly exceeds the bearing range of ordinary materials. Under certain parameters, it cannot pass the anti gluing achievement test of tubing size 10 up and 9 down.
